The Show is On !!!

Yes after a slow start the War On Music series of shows will be a reality come November 4, 2011.

I have confirmations from both the Pink Slips, and the Afterlife, and I am in talks with Quagmire and the Thrashers to round out the bill. We have a couple of birthdays that day too, so it should be a full and excited crowd.

Get the venue and the bands will come. That is my best advice. I had started trying to get all my friends in bands to agree on a day and then book, but that is too complicated especially during the summer when everyone is going on holidays.

In other news another couple of shows are being organized including hopefully a punk versus metal back to back week showdown that I'm trying to get Ryan from the shop to collaberate and really do it up proper.

Another cool addition is going to be having the shows recorded and hopefully put to DVD.
